Lors de notre entraînement la chambre nous avons tout de suite remarqué une médité particulière les draps étaient humides au toucher les serviettes de toilette également nous avons prévenu la réception qui nous a indiquer qu'il s'agissait de l'humidité suite à l'utilisation de la douche par nous deux.
Elle s'est ensuite déplacée dans la chambre et à constaté que le sol était mouillé n'a essuyé avec des serviettes nous a changé les draps et également les serviettes, a fait fonctionner la climatisation pendant environ 2h jusqu'à notre retour pour dormir.
Les draps et les serviettes de toilette était toujours un petit peu humide au toucher.
Par contre le petit-déjeuner est excellent dans cet hôtel.

Cet hôtel est situé un peu à l'écart de Biscarosse ce qui permet d'être au calme tout e étant très proche de la mer et du centre en quelques minutes à pieds.
L'accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel.

Tout était parfait, le personnel est à l’écoute et est très sympathique.
Le restaurant est excellent et propose des plats variés et faits maison.
Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus !
